FOLLIES

This assignment had a primary focus on subterranean typologies such that of caves and grottos. A process directed by how two-dimensional positive and negative space, was the guiding premise in generating spatial qualities three dimensionally. This project greatly focuses on how digging into the ground works spatially in relationship to simple above-ground surface operations dictating the size and openness of a particular interior space.
